Virtual screening was performed using the modeled structure of the protein. In silico identified best hits are clustered to understand common structure motif of the inhibitor. Moreover, the interactions of various clusters of inhibitors with proteins are discussed. Keywords Leishmaniasis; Therapeutics; Virtual Screening
