  Abstract
Structure of cysteine protease B form Leishmania donovani, a key enzyme for survival of the parasite, was modeled with acceptable Ramachandran parameters. Virtual screening was performed using the modeled structure of the protein. In silico identified best hits are clustered to understand common structure motif of the inhibitor. Moreover, the interactions of various clusters of inhibitors with proteins are discussed.
