Coordination compounds formed by
copper with thiosemicarbazones and bis(thiosemicarbazones) continue being of
importance and are analyzed in the Review. Main emphasis is made on the
structural and biological aspects of the reports found. An attempt to correlate
the different properties reported on these types of complexes is made. An
analysis on the radiopharmaceutical,
DNA cleavage, SOD-like, antimicrobial and antifungo properties and structure
activity relationship is offered.
