Abstract |
|
|
Based on the enhanced effect on luminol and potassium periodate (KIO4) chemiluminescence (CL) reaction, a sensitive, selective and rapid method by flow injection chemiluminescence CL with controlled-reagent-release technology for the determination of lead was described in this paper. At a flow rate of 2.0 mL min-1, a complete determination of lead, including sampling and washing, could be performed in 30 s with a relative standard deviation of less than 3.0%. The proposed procedure, which could be simply reused and exhibited remarkable stability with reagent efficiency and reduced consumption, was successfully applied to determine lead in gasoline, water and human serum samples without any pre-treatment process.
