Abstract |
|
|
In this article we describe in detail the construction and use of a simple, economic, and versatile capillary electrophoresis system. The system is coupled to a sequential injection analysis system for operation control including sample provision, capillary conditioning, buffer replacement, and injection procedures. Considerations about design and operation modes are discussed and coupling with a preconcentration flow system is further explained.
